Lodging and Hotel
We need Stockholm residents to help with this - what's the inside scoop?
Remember, to reduce costs, we recommend sharing a room. At PodCamp NYC, rates for a deluxe room were roughly USD$329, but when three people shared it, it was much more reasonable, and chances are you won't use your room for much more than sleeping anyway.
Remember to state the prices in Euro instead of Dollars. :)

The quoted price includes the extra hostel charges for bed linen and cleaning after checkout. It's a bit off the track; 15 minute bus ride to the train to the convention hall (five minute ride). And worth it, not just cheap but located in an island park with bathing right outside the door. Only in Stockholm!

Be sure to check availability at the hotels ASAP since it's very hard finding rooms on such short notice at hotels near the fair, since many of these hotels are booked years in advance for businesses. Most of the rooms can be booked online, but I would recommend to call them if you can't find any rooms since they often have reserve rooms not noted on the web.

Note that the Connect Hotel nearest the Fair is opening later in the year and is not yet taking reservations.
